Lake Atitlan Guatemala Tropical Storm Agatha Update San Antonio Palopo Landslide
I have been getting many reports of damage around Lake Atitlan. The worst loss of life at the lake is in San Antonio Polopo. Last reports say at least 20 people have died and more are missing. This is a very poor indigenous Maya town with very few resources. Continue reading →

San Pedro La Laguna at Lake Atitlan Guatemala Tropical Storm Agatha Landslide Update
On the night of Saturday the 29th of March the rains from Tropical storm Agatha triggered a landslide in San Pedro La Laguna at Lake Atitlan. So far my friends there say only one person is reported missing, a 10 year old girl. Landslides in Guatemala and Memories of Hurricane Stan
